1) Professor (Senior Consultant)
Qualification – PG Degree in the concerned specialty
Scale of Pay – Rs. 18400-22400 (revision awaited)
Age Limit – 50 years
2) Additional Professor (Consultant)
Qualification – MD / MS / DM / Mch in the concerned specialty
Experience – As Associate Professor in the concerned specialty for 3 years
Scale of Pay – Rs. 16400-20900 (revision awaited)
Age Limit – 50 years
3) Associate Professor (Senior Registrar)
Qualification – MD / MS / DM / Mch in the concerned specialty (as per MCI Rules)
Experience – (a) As Associate Professor / Lecturer in the concerned specialty for 5 years (2 years for super specialty) (b) Desirable – minimum of 4 years research publications indexed in index Medicus / National journal
Scale of Pay – Rs. 14300-18300 (revision awaited)
Age Limit – 45 years
4) Assistant Professor (Junior Registrar)
Qualification – MD / MS / DM / Mch in the concerned specialty (as per MCI Rules)
Experience – (a) Requisite recognized post graduate qualification in the subject (b) 3 years teaching experience in the subject as resident / tutor / demonstrators
Scale of Pay – Rs. 11625-15205 (revision awaited)
Age Limit – 40 years
