The Institute of Yogic Culture is a goverment recoganized Yoga center located at Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The Yoga Center was founded in 1949 by Dr. B. Padmanabha Pillai who was a master in the traditional form of martial art (Kalaripayattu), and practitioner of Siddha medicine.
The Institute of Yogic Culture offers different aspects of Yoga training - Physical, Mental, and Spiritual.
